1) VBIO should be practical in terms of collaboration. It is more than a political and diplomatic organization.
2) VBIO should be open and free to any people who are genuinely interested in biological problems especially in its information aspects.
3) VBIO should be a volunteered organization with government and publica support.
4) VBIO should be public and fair in its operation.
